KERA
2020
The KERA letter installation was designed to function as both an artistic piece and a plant holder for hanging pots at the urban gardens of Kera Halls in Espoo, Finland. The structure served as a unique fusion of typography and urban greenery, contributing to the revitalization of the space.
I drew and cut out all the letter shapes by hand. The installation was constructed from plywood, finished with spray and acrylic paint, and assembled using screws and bolts. Measuring 4 pieces, each 1.2 × 2 meters in size, it was created for the Kera Collective in the Summer of 2020. Later it was moved to the entrance of the Kera halls where it also became the headline image for a huge Finnish construction company to their broschure about the development of the area.
