1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the online store at www.superflinda.fi.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you: Are at least 18 years old, or

  • Have permission from a legal guardian.

These terms comply with Finnish and EU consumer protection legislation.

2. Products

We sell:

  • Art prints in different sizes, shapes, techniques and media

  • Original artworks

  • Merchandise & clothing

  • Digital products

Product descriptions, images, and prices are presented as accurately as possible. Minor variations (e.g., color differences due to screen settings) do not constitute a defect.

3. Prices

All prices:

  • Are shown in euros (EUR)

  • Include Finnish VAT (24%), unless otherwise stated

  • Exclude shipping costs (displayed at checkout)

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

 4. Ordering & Contract Formation

A binding purchase agreement is formed when:

You receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of:

  • Pricing errors

  • Stock unavailability

  • Payment failure

You will be notified immediately and refunded if payment has been processed.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely via:

  • Squarespace Payments / Stripe / PayPal / Klarna

We do not store full payment card details.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Finland: 1–7 business days

  • EU: 3–7 business days

  • International (outside EU): 7–21 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs. Risk transfers to the consumer upon delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act and EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly via email at: hello@superflinda.fi

You do not need to provide a reason, but please do.

8. Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original condition

  • Be returned in original packaging

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

We will refund:

  • The product price

  • Standard delivery costs

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item.

9. Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:

  • Limited edition, custom-made or personalized products.

  • Digital products delivered electronically (if download has begun with consent).

  • Sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if opened.

10. Defective Products

If a product is defective, you must notify us within a reasonable time.

Under Finnish law, you are entitled to:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Price reduction

  • Refund (if defect is significant)

We will cover return costs for defective items.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights under Finnish law.
