Valma
2025

My graphical mural “Valma” at the 1st edition of Spit Jam—street culture and hip-hop festival in Valmadrera, northern Italy.

“Valma” is a vibrant visual ecosystem composed of graphic, liquid-like elements that flow and interact like living organisms. Abstract in form yet deeply rooted in meaning, the mural interprets Valmadrera’s unique identity—its ongoing balance between industry and nature, memory and transformation.

Formed through monochromatic shadings and subtle textures, the composition breathes a quiet dynamism. The depth is not loud but layered. Inspired by the fluidity of water, the resilience of steel, and the organic growth of roots, ”Valma” visualizes a place in motion— alive with energy yet grounded in place.

The mural becomes a living, regenerative surface that absorbs, reflects, and interacts with its environment. It speaks not in direct narration but in movement and suggestion—an abstract portrait of Valmadrera that welcomes interpretation, much like the city itself welcomes change and constant dialogue between industry and nature, past and future.
